Niadtong Lunes, Hunyo 5, 2023, alas 5 sa hapon, ang Department of Science and Technology (DOST) Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) nagpagawas og pagbana-bana sa panahon tungod sa LPA mga 1,000 kilometros sa sidlakan nga bahin sa Eastern Visayas nga maoy hinungdan sa mga pagpanalugdog nga makaapekto sa Mindanao.
Apan alas 10:55 sa gabii sa maong adlaw, gitaho sa Davao City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office nga kusog nga pagbundak sa ulan uban ang pagpanalugdog nasinati sa pipila ka lugar sa Tugbok, Poblacion, Agdao, Buhangin, ug Bunawan Districts.
“Light to moderate rains are being experienced in some areas of the TALOMO Districts. All river channels are monitored at Safe or Normal Levels,” matud sa CDRRMO sa pasidaan.
Gikanayon sa Davao City Information Office (CIO) sa pakighinabi uban ni CDRRMO head Alfredo Baloran nga wala silay nadawat nga "tragic reports" nga dunay kalambigitan sa insidente.
“CDRRMO reported no casualties, deaths, and injuries during the reported street flooding incidents, which were from knee to waist deep, experienced on the eve of June 5 to June 6 dawn,” matud ni CIO.
Sa datus gikan sa CDRRMO, gipahayag sa CIO nga mga gibaha nga mga dalan naglakip sa Buhangin ug Poblacion districts.
Mga naapektuhan nga mga dalan sa Buhangin Districts mao ang Laverna Hills, C.P. Garcia Road, Barangay Cabantian; ang main road sa NHA Buhangin, Buhangin Proper; Talisay Street, Buhangin Proper; Watusi Street, Buhangin Proper; New San Isidro, Buhangin Proper; Sandawa, Spring Valley, Buhangin Proper; Underpass, Diversion Road, Buhangin Proper; Carpenter Street, sa Barangay Leon Garcia Sr.; Old San Isidro, ug Buhangin Proper.
Sa Poblacion District, mga naapektuhan mao ang R. Magsaysay Avenue kanto sa Suazo Street, Barangay 30-D; Pelayo Street kanto sa Bonifacio Street, Barangay 3-A; Torres Street kanto sa Jacinto Street, Barangay 11-B; V. Mapa Street, Barangay 12-B; ug J.P. Laurel Street kanto sa Sta. Ana Avenue, Barangay 30-C.
