The remake of the iconic "Totoy Mola"

After 26 years, Viva Films is doing the remake of Totoy Mola.

Totoy Mola, a sexy-comedy flick was shown on Philippine Cinema in January 1, 1997 which launchd the career of Jay Manalo

This time, Totoy Mola will be seen on the silver screen through Viva's newbie Benz Sanggalang.

In this remake, Jay will have a special participation.

"Sa totoo po nagulat ako dahil hindi ko ine-expect na ibibigay sa akin ng Viva Films and isang iconic movie, " as quoted saying.

"Pamilyar naman po ako sa Totoy Mola, kasi nung time na yon,ganun ang tawag sa mga lalaking may malaking sandata.

"Pero, baby pa po ako nung ipalabas yun,e

"Sinabihan po ako ni Boss Vincent del Rosario na panoorin ko ang original film para magka-idea ako sa story.

Benz is referring to Vincent as Viva CommunicationsCEO and President.

As of press time Benz is preparing for the role.He has to be physically fit and gain some muscles to look more manly in the film.

The said movie will start shooting in July.

Some 1800 attendees joined the simultaneous World BikeFest Day at all SM Supermalls branches natonwide.

SM Cares, the corporate social responsibility arm o SM Supermalls successfully commemorated World Bicycle Day.

The said event brought together bike enthusiasts, advocates, and key stakeholders in the promotion of cycling and sustainable transport.

The World Bicycle Day celebration held at SM by the Bay in Pasay City, featured a variety of activities aimed at promoting safe and sustainable biking.

Attendees also includes members of the nationl Bike coalition "Break The Cycle", as well as partners from the Department of Transportation (DOTr), Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA), and varios local government units (LGU).

The highlight of the simultaneous event was the community bike ride that took place not only at SM by the Bay but also at SM City Marikina, SM City Fairview, SM City Clark, SM Sta.Rosa, SM Seaside City Cebu, and SM Lanang Premier in Davao.

Also, this simultaneous bike ride brought together peopl from different locations, promoting the joy of cycling and SM's advocacy for safe and sustainable transport.
