CITY OF SAN FERNANDO - The Department of Labor and Employment Region III (DOLE-3) is set to hold six simultaneous job fairs celebration of the 125th Philippine Independence Day on June 12.
Aurita Laxamana, DOLE-3 Chief Labor and Employment Officer, said 128 local employers are expected to participate in the events.
“As of June 6, we have recorded 11,714 local vacancies available to our six job fair sites on June 12,” Laxamana said.
The job fair sites will be at Bulacan Capitol Gymnasium in Malolos City, SM City Bataan, Robinsons Townville in Nueva Ecija, SM City Telabastagan in Pampanga, SM City Tarlac, and SM City Olongapo in Zambales.
The top 10 local job vacancies to be opened are production workers, customer service representatives, quality assurance inspector, sales associate, merchandise / store clerk, sewer, cashier, warehouse personnel, kitchen staff, and service crew.
Laxamana said among the employers that will join are from ‘key employment generators’ in Central Luzon which are manufacturing, IT / BPM, construction, and retail service.
