Si self confessed drug lord Kerwin Espinosa ug ang kaubang akusado nga si Marcelo Adorco naabsuwelto sa kaso sa ilegal nga drugas nga gipasaka batok kanila niadtong 2018.
Ang Makati Regional Trial Court Branch 65 nitugot sa demurrer sa ebidensya nga gisang-at nila ni Espinosa ug Adorco human ang prosekusyon napakyas sa pagpresentar og igong ebidensya.
“Wherefore, in view of the foregoing, the Demurrer to Evidence filed by both accused are hereby granted. Accordingly, Rolan E. Espinosa and Marcelo L. Adorco are hereby acquitted of the offense charged on reasonable doubt,” mabasa sa 21-ka pahina nga resolution nga gisuwat ni Presiding Judge Veronica Tongio-Igot sa Hunyo 6, 2023.
