VMA honors graduating students with grand ball

VMA Global College and Training Centers, Inc. hosted a graduation ball titled for its 2023 graduates at L'Fisher Hotel in Bacolod City.

The event honored a total of 514 graduates from both maritime and non-maritime courses, with the male attendees dressed in white formal attire and the female attendees adorned in elegant black gowns.

Vice President for Academic Affairs Remedios Johanna Vargas the ball was an opportunity to come together, reminisce, have fun, and enjoy the music.

It's a chance to create lasting memories with your friends, classmates, and fellow batch mates before the upcoming graduation and launching ceremonies next week. We truly value your presence, so take this opportunity to leave a mark on each other before leaving your Alma Mater, she added.

She was accompanied by was accompanied by Dean for Maritime Studies Gilbert Juesna, Dean for the College of Hospitality and Business Management Edwin Benitez, Head of Student Affairs Services Rene Alcala, and Ms. Aldriane Sanchez, the SSG Adviser.

Juesna and Benitez praised Batch 2023 for their dedication and efforts in overcoming challenges to complete their college education.

SSG President Sergio Quivis III and VP Cristine Joy Baylon expressed their gratitude to the graduating class. Alcala, led the honorees and guests in a toast for everyone's success.

They enjoyed a delicious dinner, along with wines and drinks provided by Wild and Fresh, while being entertained by student performances, including serenades and cotillion dances, as well as lively dance moves from the faculty and staff.

The theme of the ball held on May 14 was Limitless! Dreamed to Achieve, Strive to Succeed beyond Limits. (PR)
