A 33-YEAR-OLD aircon technician and mechanic was handcuffed in an entrapment operation launched by the personnel of City Intelligence Unit (CIU) of the Cebu City Police Office inside a lodging house on Leon Kilat Street, Barangay Kalubihan.
The suspect, Jr. Nacilla Villagracia, a native of Guihulngan City, Negros Oriental, but was arrested temporarily residing on Manalili Street, Barangay Parian, was arrested at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 22, 2023 for uploading sex videos with former lover, 38-year-old Nicole (real name withheld), in the social media.
But Villagracia admitted that he had no intention to share their sex videos, but he accidentally clicked the share icon when his phone hung up and the next time he learned these were already sent to all his Facebook friends, including Nicole’s relatives and friends and live-in partner.
“Napislit rana nako wala nako matuyo nga nasend ang video kay nag hang man gud akung cellphone sir,” Villagracia said.
(I accidentally clicked and sent the video because my cellphone hanged up, sir).
He added that the real reason he had met Nicole was because he wanted to return to her her live-in partner's overall uniform.
Nicole complained to the CIU after Jr threatened to post their sex videos in the social media if she refused to meet him.
According to Cebu City Police Office Chief Colonel Ireneo Dalogdog. they quickly set the suspect up when he chatted Nicole again and suggested they meet near the Cebu Metropolitan Cathedral.
From there, they went to a lodging house on Leon Kilat street, where the agents of CIU and the Women and Children Protection Desk arrested Villagracia.
The victim and the suspect reportedly had known each other through the social media after Valentine's Day on February 14, 2023, until they became close.
Every Saturday and Sunday they would reportedly meet, and every time they did they would have sex.
All of their sexual encounters were filmed by Jr.
Nicole eventually made a decision to end their relationship when the suspect forced to have sex with him even if it was against her will and threatened to disseminate their sex recordings.
“So diha-diha dayon kining biktima nag decide sya nga mag report sa kapulisan unya gi assist dayon ni siya sa atong WCPD Women and Children Protection Desk nya gi alalayan dayon sa atong Intelligence Unit, diha-diha dayon nag conduct silag entrapment operation,” Dalogdog said.

The suspect will be facing charges in violation of Republic Act (RA) 10175 or the Anti-Cyber Crime Law and RA 9262 or the Anti-Violence Against Women and and Children. (AYB, TPT)
