Tungod niini, ang MCIA maoy una ug bugtong tugpahanan sa Pilipinas nga nakadawat sa Airport Customer Experience Accreditation gikan sa Airport Council International (ACI).
Ang ACI usa ka kalibutanong konseho sa mga tugpahanan nga nakigtambayayong sa lainlaing mga organisasyon sa paghimo og mga polisiya, programa, ug labing maayong mga sumbanan sa mga tugpahanan sa tibuok kalibutan.
“The Airport Customer Experience accreditation is a testament to the hard work and dedication of the entire team at MCIA and our exceptional partnership with the Mactan-Cebu International Airport Authority (MCIAA) and all the airport stakeholders,” sumala sa pamahayag ni Athanasios Titonis, AIC Senior Executive kinsa nadestino sa MCIA.
Sa usa ka pamahayag niadtong Hulyo 27, 2023, ang MCIA niingon nga ang tugpahanan anaa sa usa ka biyahe aron pagpataas sa ang-ang sa customer satisfaction sa tugpahanan sa nasod.
Nagpatuman kini og nagkalainlaing kalamboan sa airport sama sa seamless check-in nga proseso, ubay-ubay nga dining ug retail nga mga opsyon, ug episyente nga security protocol.
Ang MCIAA General Manager ug CEO nga si Julius G. Neri, Jr. nagpadayag sa iyang pasalamat sa tanang kawani ug mga kawani sa tugpahanan, lakip na ang mga stakeholder, sa paghimo og hiniusang paningkamot aron makab-ot ang akreditasyon.

Ang ACI adunay 712 ka mga miyembro sa 171 ka mga nasod nga nag-operate sa 1,925 ka mga tugpahanan ug nagrepresentar sa kolektibong interes sa mga tugpahanan sa tibuok kalibutan sa pagpasiugda sa maayong mga sumbanan sa industriya sa aviation.(EHP)
