PrimaryHomes launches 5th development in Bohol

CEBU-BASED developer PrimaryHomes Inc. has launched its fifth Richwood Homes development in Bohol Province, bringing an additional 951 house and lot units for Boholanos to own, particularly for first-time homebuyers.

Dubbed Richwood Homes Bohol Dos, this latest residential project sits across an eight-hectare development in San Isidro, Dauis, Panglao Island.

“Bohol has one of the country’s most promising real estate industries. Tourism here is booming. Incomes are rising. These are some of the factors that fuel our optimism towards Panglao,” said Ramiro Espina, PrimaryHomes vice president for sales and marketing, when previously asked about the company’s aggressive expansion in Bohol.

Good location

In a statement, PrimaryHomes said Richwood Homes Bohol Dos is situated near commercial establishments, schools, famous Panglao beaches and resorts, and the Bohol-Panglao International Airport.

“Richwood Homes Bohol Dos offers convenience and accessibility, strengthening its appeal to both potential homeowners and investors,” Espina noted.

Besides its strategic location, Espina said this new project will be another showcase of the group’s healthy track record of over 30 years in property development and a 70-year background in construction through synergy with its affiliate companies at the Primary Group of Builders, cementing its position as the industry’s gold standard in affordable housing.

New standard

“With Richwood Homes, the company is setting a new standard for affordability, quality and innovation in real estate development,” said Espina.

PrimaryHomes said it uses modern construction methods -- the Primary Engineered Building Systems, an innovative approach combining durable pre-cast materials and LightStrong wall systems, ensuring cost-effective, time-efficient and top-quality construction.

According to Espina, investments like this from the developer’s point of view are not only about corporate image but more so about preserving homeowners’ investments for longevity.

Espina said the group employs cutting-edge technology that accounts for forces like heavy rains, strong winds, earthquakes and fire, putting emphasis on safety and resilience.

“Every Richwood Homes unit is crafted with the same commitment to excellence as the other PrimaryHomes subdivision projects and even condominium developments,” he said.

“The Tatak Primary endeavors also extend beyond the construction process. PrimaryHomes goes the extra mile, employing top-grade, sustainable materials in every Richwood Homes unit,” he added, ensuring value for the buyer’s hard-earned money.

The company described the eco-friendly LightStrong wall system as providing “excellent thermal insulation,” for a comfortable and energy-efficient home environment amid the tropical humidity in the country.

For added sustainability, a rainwater tank feature promotes water-saving and cost-saving practices, the company said.

PrimaryHomes said it also ensures lasting value for homeowners by using durable materials even for its electrical and plumbing systems.

Espina said Richwood Homes Bohol Dos will foster a vibrant Boholano community with amenities like a multi-purpose hall, basketball court and open areas conducive for family bonding moments and fun neighborly interactions.
