Authorities are eyeing two angles in the killing of a suspected drug personality at St. Francis St. Greensville 2, Barangay Villamonte, Bacolod City early Monday, September 4.

Captain Francis Depasucat, commander of Police Station 4, said they are looking into grudge or illegal drugs as possible motives in the killing of Jury Orario, 37, a resident of the said village.

He said Orario was found by a concerned citizen with a gunshot wound on the back portion of his head.

Police recovered from the scene an identification card and some belongings of the victim.

Depasucat said Orario was identified as drug personality in the area of Police Station 4.

He said they have persons of interest who were said to be drug personalities in Bacolod City.

The police are also coordinating with the business establishments near the crime scene to secure a copy of the closed-circuit television (CCTV) camera.

Depasucat also urged witnesses who may have information to come out and help authorities bring the perpetrators to justice.*
