CITY OF SAN FERNANDO — Four individuals were collared inside a makeshift drug den during a buy-bust operation launched by cops in Mariveles, Bataan on Thursday.
The operation was conducted by operatives of Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Bataan Provincial Office, Bataan Seaport Interdiction Unit, and local police.
The suspects were identified as Benjie Singson, Gemmalyn Bunalan, Jaypee Antonio, and Mark Joseph Salting.
Assorted drugs, sniffing paraphernalia, and 15 grams of suspected methamphetamine hydrochloride amounting to P102,000 were recovered during the anti-drug operation.
Charges for violation of Republic Act 9165 or otherwise known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 are being prepared by the law enforcement groups against the suspects.
