Motuman ang mga lider sa komunidad sa negosyo sa Sugbo bag-ong wage order sa Central Visayas (CV), apan nipasidaan sa daghang negatibong mga epekto niini.
Sa pagpatuman sa P33 nga usbaw sa inadlaw nga minimum nga suholan karong Oktubre 1, ang mga lider sa negosyo ning-asoy sa SunStar Cebu nga wa silay plano nga moapelar alang sa exemption ug rebisyon sa bag-ong wage order.

“While we understand the need to increase minimum wages, it has short-term benefits but long-term costs,” matod ni Ko.
Gipasabot ni Ko nga ang pagpataas sa inadlaw nga minimum nga suholan momugna og lihok sa ekonomiya tungod sa paggasto sa mga konsumidor.
Bisan niini, dason ni Ko, kini mahimong mosangpot sa pagkunhod usab sa trabaho ug inflation. Makahagit usab kini sa mga kompaniya nga mopalambo pa sa ilang negosyo nga naapektuhan sa lainlaing mga bag-o sa kalamboan, dugang niya.
