IN A Mediterranean-inspired affair, Camella Communities, a subsidiary of Vista Land & Lifescapes -- the largest homebuilder in the country -- introduced Cerritos, its new master planned development in Mintal, Davao City.
Cerritos was launched in the early evening of June 26 amidst a crowd of over a hundred guests, brokers, property professionals, and Camella management and staff.
A Mediterranean-themed development located along the main highway of Mintal, Cerritos has generated a lot of interest and excitement.
This early, it shows all the makings of being another bestselling project of Camella, especially as it will come in the mid-priced range, well within the reach of most homebuyers.
The affair was launched at Jack's Ridge, a venue that provided a scenic view at night to the guests who came in their private cars while others conveniently came in via shuttle services supplied by Camella.
A colorful and vivacious Flamenco dance number opened the evening's affair, setting the tone for the rest of the night and giving the audience a taste of vibrant Mediterranean living that Cerritos promises to its residents. This was also captured in the special video presented to the audience, showing them what Cerritos is all about: comfort, convenience, value, and peace of mind.
A scale model of Cerritos was then unveiled to the waiting audience and interested homeowners, revealing its strategic location and charming appeal as a themed community, complete with high-end amenities such as a good-sized swimming pool, parks, playgrounds, and an impressive entrance gate.
Like other Camella communities in Davao, Cerritos will also have its own reliable 24-hour security system equipped with closed-circuit TV (CCTV) cameras, making the community a secure and enjoyable haven for its homeowners.
Camella is known to be the only developer in Davao that provides its communities with shuttle service from the subdivision to the city center, and Cerritos homeowners will also get to enjoy this convenience available only in the master planned communities of Camella.
To salute and celebrate Cerritos and what it has to offer, the guests were invited to raise their wine glasses for a toast by Vista Land & Lifescapes president and COO, Maribeth C. Tolentino, and other Camella officers such as Leni D. Luya (Regional Group Head), Marlon Nino Escalicas (Davao GM), Emelia Lustado (Cagayan de Oro GM), Ivy Riza Provido (GenSan GM), and Architect Art Secuya (Central Planning & Design Head).
Camella was quite happy with the turnout that exceeded their expectations. Among the guests and visitors were members of Davao's tri-media who came to see what the excitement was all about, as well as interested homebuyers and those on the lookout for a wise investment.
