A TEENER accused her employer of rape after claiming to have escaped and sought the assistance of the Talomo Police Station.

The girl, 17, identified her employer as the grandson of former Maguindanao Governor Andal Ampatuan, Sr.

The suspect was no longer at his residence when the Talomo Police went there.

"According to the victim, ang suspect naay duha ka anak. Nahimo siyang Sangguniang Kabataan Federation president ug former Board Member sa Maguindanao Province," Loriza said.

Loriza said they are now preparing rape and acts of lasciviousness charges against the suspect.

"So far, amo pang gina-interview ang victim ug amo siyang dalahon sa Balay Dangupan. Human niini, amo nang i-file ang kaso through regular filing sa court (We're still interviewing the victim and we are sending her to a halfway house. Then we will file the case in court)," Loriza said.
