CAGAYAN de Oro City Mayor Vicente Emano recently ordered the reorganization of the membership of the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC).
Under Executive Order No. 002-10, Emano named City Assessor Atinodoro Asequia, City Equipment Depot Manager Engr. Goldmar Fiel, Acting Agricultural Productivity Officer Federico Gempesaw, City Planning and Development Coordinator Estrella Sagaral, and City Building Official Engr. Isidro Obligado as BAC members.
However, the members of the newly reorganized BAC, who will have a fixed term of one year, shall elect from among themselves the committee's chairman and vice chairman.
Composing the Technical Working Group of the BAC, who will assist in the screening, evaluation of bids and post qualification, are City Council Secretary Arturo de San Miguel, Acting City Public Services Officer Engr. Mario Batar, and Engr. Isidro Borja of the City Planning and Development Office.
In addition, Emano also named Jacqueline Noble of the City General Services Office to act as the BAC Secretary with Tyrone Sambaan, Raul Cabahug, Jean Naces, and Honolito Lee as her staff. (CIO)
