ART Galendez showed his fine form anew, ruling the Davao Tenpin Bowlers Association (Datba) Lanemasters tournament Tuesday night at the B3 Lanes of NCCC Mall.
Galende managed a total of 800 pinfalls in four games to edge Celso Garcia by eight pinfalls. Garcia garnered 792 to place second while William Galacio rolled 789 pins to snatch third place.
Tans Bernas and Lito Balunan placed fourth and fifth, respectively. Bernas registered 773 pinfalls while Balunan had 763.
The winners received cash prizes from the organizers.
Datba will resume its weekly singles tournament tonight at B3 where gold, silver and bronze medals await the top finishers.
Datba, meanwhile, is finalizing details of its annual Kadayawan Tenpin Open Classic that offers a cash prize of P50,000 for the champion. (MLSA)
