THE National Statistics Office (NSO)-Northern Mindanao office recently held a five-day training for the Annual Survey of Philippine Business and Industry (ASPBI) at its office in Gusa, this city.
The second level training focused mainly on field operation and processing for the efficient conduct of survey and processing of survey questionnaires for the first-ever 2009 Survey of Tourism Establishments in the Philippines (Step).
These statistics are then disaggregated by employment size for establishments with average total employment (ATE) of 20 and over and ATE of less than 20.
Information contained in this report is very useful to government and non-government agencies in formulating and implementing economic plans and programs. (PR)
