Pablo's Lunch Buffet

DO YOU love food as much as I do? If you do, you should try our Pablo's Lunch Buffet. Every day, the talented chefs and cooks of Pablo's Steakhouse serve sumptuous dishes that are sure to delight foodies.

When I first tried Pablo's Lunch Buffet with my friends, it was American Continental Day. The appetizer table featured a fresh garden salad served with several options for dressing such as Ceasar's and Thousand Island. There were also some vegetable sticks served with a yummy and creamy dill dip. French bread with spinach and cheese were also there to whet the diners' appetites.

A delightful creamy three mushroom soup was served that day.

The spread of entrees was exciting. There were baked potatoes topped with sour cream, chives, and bacon. Pasta with liver and bacon sauce was available for the pasta lovers. On the table were flavorful herbed Iberian chicken and tender baby back ribs was served with a delectable sweet glaze.

The main attractions for me were the prawns and the crabs. All the crabs and prawns you can eat! Yes, you read that right. All the crabs and prawns you can eat!!!

That day, the prawns were prepared as Prawns Thermidore. Juicy prawn meat saut‚ed with celery, carrots and onions, mixed with b‚ chamel sauce, stuffed back into the prawns, seasoned, topped with cheese and baked. It was... heavenly.

The crabs were served in a sweet sauce. Crackers, soy sauce, and a seemingly unlimited supply of crabs were on the table, enticing diners to get their hands dirty to enjoy the crabs. A treat for seafoods lovers like me.

And to finish off the meal, Pablo's served a variety of tropical fruits, including the exotic dragon fruit which was sweet, juicy, and very refreshing. There were also mango float slices and buco pandan shots.

The very next day, I was able to try their International Lunch Buffet which featured an Asian salad composed of bamboo shoots, mongo sprouts, and peanut sauce; Chicken Fingers with honey mustard dip, shellfish, prawns with lemon butter sauce, and steamed crabs.

These gastronomic delights are available every day from 10:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m., at affordable prices.

On Mondays and Saturdays, Pablo's buffet has an American Continental theme, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, it's Mediterranean, and on Wednesdays and Fridays, it's Asian Fusion. From Mondays to Saturdays, the lunch buffet costs only P295.

And on Sundays, Pablo's offers International Lunch Buffet for P350. The prices include VAT, with an additional 10 percent for Service Charge.

Definitely an affordable treat for every foodie or for anybody who eats. This is the perfect way to enjoy those working lunches, corporate or client meetings, or as bonding time for the entire family.
