METROBENCH, traditionally known as step aerobics, is a simple, athletic but fun aerobic activity that adds variety to an exercise routine, which incorporates the dance element of traditional aerobics with stepping on a platform.
It is distinguished from other forms of aerobic exercise by movements similar to stepping up on the stairs using an adjustable platform or bench.
Last July 5, fitness instructors Bonn Sarabia, Joy Olimba and Dolly Chuim led the action-packed fitness session in a two-hour MetroBench program called "Let's Do Bench Again."
