KAPUSO leading man Richard Gutierrez is currently in an isolated island abroad to shoot the upcoming Survivor Philippines but he still helping the promotion of his upcoming movie, In Your Eyes.
In a television interview, the actor said he always makes sure to let Anne Curtis and Claudine Barreto feel that he is there to support them even he needed to be away for 36 days.
"May konting lungkot na wala ako para sa promotion and post production ng pelikula pero supportado ko parin," he said.
When asked on his role on "In Your Eyes," Richard said that it was a dream came true to portray an off-beat role.
He said that he gave his all from the dramatic to the romantic scenes of the movie.
Richard added that as much as he want to be in Manila now, he needs to finish Survivor because it is something special to him.
"Naka-prepare na ako pero hindi ko din ma-deny na nalulungkot ako, nami-miss ko yung Manila," he said.
"But coming into survivor, ayokong palampasin yung pagkakataon, gusto kong ibigay yung best ko and I want to work hard," he said.
