TEAMS Green and Red seized the early lead at the start of the Sun.Star Davao Bowling Tournament Friday at the Dover Mega Lanes.
Green had 1,160 pinfalls to show the way in the men's division while Red finished with 659 for the day to seize the lead in the distaff side.
Gray trails Green with its 1,074, 86 pinfalls behind Green. Blue, meanwhile, is just 58 pinfalls off Red with its first game score of 601.
Noben Amar and Edwin Gipulao led all scorers for Green by rolling 91 each. Victor Adug added 88 and Andrew Ocot 86.
Gracielle Cuizon spearheaded Red's early charge with 87.
The tournament, which offers cash prizes to the winning teams and top individual scorers, is part of Sun.Star Davao's activities to highlight its 15th year anniversary in September. (CRAM)
