AFTER his confinement last week, actor and dance floor dynamite Mark Herras swear to take care of his health seriously.
In an interview, the actor said his health was not in its best condition a couple weeks ago because of his non-stop work.
"Medyo nagkasunod sunod lang yung taping and yung paglabas-labas ng bansa kaya ayun over fatigue," he said,
The actor also shared that his doctor detected a polyp in his gallbladder but it was not big enough for him to undergo any surgery.
"Yung water and gamot hindi ko talaga pinapalampas. Hindi pa ako kumakain ng junk food," he said.
The actor also went back to gym and is attending basketball games every now and then.
