ACTRESS Carla Abellana admitted that she shares a special relationship with Geoff Eigenmann but was quick to clarify they are not an item yet.
News circulated weeks ago that Carla finally said yes to Geoff during her birthday party, which was arranged by the actor personally.
But the young lady said they are not officially together and that she appreciated Geoff's gesture and effort.
"We have something special and you know that we are more than friends but not quite boyfriend-girlfriend."
Carla said she doesn't want to compromise her work when things will get rough between them, adding that she is not rushing things.
"It's not easy to jump to a relationship right away especially na kagagaling ko lang din sa isang matagal na relationship."
Carla surprised everyone when she said she is just waiting for something from Geoff's side but refused to give details about it.

The actress meantime is not hiding that she is still in constant communication with ex-boyfriend and player of Barangay Ginebra Kings JC Intal.
But when asked if she's ready to rekindle the relationship with the cager, Carla said it depends on the situation.
"I guess it would be easier now kasi well adjusted na ako and sanay na ako sa mga schedules. Pero depende parin iyan kung we still have feelings for each other and kung magkaka-usap o magkikita kami," she said.
