OFWs from Saudi arrive in RP (9:06 a.m.)

ANOTHER group of overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) arrived Thursday night in the country from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, a Bombo Radyo report said.

On board different flights, 110 OFWs with their children arrived in the Ninoy Aquino International Airport terminal 1 (NAIA-I).

The OFWs were temporarily housed at the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (Owwa) office in Pasay where they will also undergo medical checkup, stress debriefing and livelihood assistant training.

The Owwa also expects the arrival of 500 OFWs from Jeddah. (Sunnex)
