A pipe of the Maynilad Water Services, Inc. burst in Sampaloc, Manila at around 5 a.m. Sunday, a television report said.
Report said that the incident had caused floods in some areas in Sampaloc.
Residents had reportedly reported the incident to Maynilad but the leaking pipe has not been fixed as of this posting. (Sunnex)
