Sa 38-page petition, ang ABS-CBN miapela sa korte nga di tugutan si Revillame nga magmugna ug kompanya o motrabaho sa kompanya nga direktang kaatbang sa network.
Gihangyo sab niini ang korte "to stop the TV host from engaging in activities which are adverse to the interests of ABS-CBN".
Say sa ABS-CBN nga ang kontrata ni Willie sa TV5 ug ang show niini nga "Willing Willie!" susama lamang sa iyang programa nga "Wowowee."
Gibarugan sa network nga gikinahanglang motuman si Willie tungod kay may kontrata pa gyud siya sa Kapamilya. Sa statement ni ABS-CBN Corporate Communication Head Bong Osorio, dihang gipili ni Willie nga di tagdon ang iyang kontrata sa ABS-CBN, choice na niini sumala pa ang paghangyo sa korte sa posibleng daganon sa iyang kaso.
