MANILA -- The president of Philippine Chamber of Commerce Cebu Chapter asked President Benigno "Noynoy" Aquino III on the budget he promised them during his recent trip in Cebu City.
Aquino answered he would want to focus on addressing the more pressing problem in Cebu, which is water supply.
He also emphasized the project that will interconnect Visayas and Mindanao to improve their provinces in terms of business and tourism. (Jill Beltran/Sunnex)
