Giklaro sa abogado nga di tinuod ang mga tsismis nga nakoigsabot sila sa mga abogado sa ABS-CBN nga di una ihinayon ang programa ni Willie sa TV5 samtang wala pay desisyon ang korte sa kaso.
"I wish to clarify that there was no agreement to any status quo arrangement with ABS-CBN during the chamber conference with Judge Luisito Cortez of Branch 84 of the Quezon City Regional Trial Court (RTC) last Friday (October 8)," pahayag ni Atty. Bodegon.
"Precisely, we strongly objected even to ABS-CBN's presentation of evidence in support of its TRO application and the judge did not allow them to. It is therefore utterly inconsistent for us to agree to any status quo arrangement. All we agreed to was to file all the pleadings by October 15, nothing more, nothing less."
Una nga gipangayo sa ABS-CBN sa korte nga mo-isyu og temporary restraining order (TRO) sa duha ka shows ni Willie sa TV5.
"Since the court has yet to resolve the issues, nothing prevents Revillame from appearing in a new television program in another network," dugang sa abogado.
"Our position is that ABS-CBN's TRO application has no legal leg to stand on and there are third persons who are not parties to the case to whom Revillame has no control of. So how can we possibly agree with them that Revillame's new program should be delivered?"
Ni Willie pa, siya ang agrabiyado tungod wala man lamang kuno siya sultihi nga gikanselar na diay ang iyang show nga Wowowee sa management.
