US man arrested after streaking at Obama rally

PHILADELPHIA -- Billionaire Alki David said a man arrested after streaking at an Obama rally in Philadelphia over the weekend was trying to win a $1 million Internet challenge.

Police said 24-year-old Juan J. Rodriguez of New York City was charged with indecent exposure, public lewdness and disorderly conduct on Sunday. A number listed in Rodriguez's name was out of service Monday night and it was unclear whether he had an attorney.

David recently offered $1 million to anyone who could streak in front of the US president with the name of David's competition Web site on his chest. David told The Philadelphia Inquirer and Philadelphia Daily News that he is an Obama fan but streaking is a time-honored way of getting attention. (AP)
