PRESIDENT Benigno Aquino III arrived in Isabela province Thursday morning to assess the damage by Super Typhoon Juan (international codename: Megi).
A radio report said that the President who arrived past 8 a.m. will inspect areas in the province that were hardly hit by Juan.
Isabela was placed under state of calamity as Juan made landfall in the area Monday toppling down electric posts and uprooting many trees. (Sunnex)
