Video: Voter shares voting experience

MANILA -- If there are voters who had trouble in the voting process Monday, others got lucky as their voting experience went smoothly.

Ramon Ortil, a voter in Commonwealth Elementary School in Quezon City, only had few minutes to cast his vote.

Ortil said he did not have a hard time in finding his precinct.

He meantime observed there are fewer voters in Monday’s polls than before.
