ALBAY -- Voting in seven municipalities and one city in Albay province is ongoing Tuesday after the election was postponed Monday due to delays in the delivery of poll materials.
Television reports said the voting started as early 7 a.m.
Security is in place in the province where some of the barangays were considered election hotspots.
Police have not reported any untoward incident as of this posting Tuesday. (Sunnex)
