A PROVINCIAL Board member in Albay is now in jail after the vehicle he was driving hit dead a man Friday night.
A radio report said Saturday the Toyota Innova driven by Board Member Arnold Imbestro hit 43-year-old John Jose Sison around 10 p.m.
Sison, a resident of Travesia, Guinobatan town, was walking when the incident happened.
Imbestro, on the other hand, came from a celebration at the opening of Magayon festival at the time of the incident.
