KIDNAPPERS have abducted a Chinese businessman in Cotabato City Friday night.
A radio report said Saturday that the victim was identified as 38-year-old Jinky Yap who owns a store in Sinsuat Avenue, corner Pansacala Street.
The report said seven men barged into the store and forcibly took Yap.
Police have recovered the van used by the suspects after the hot pursuit operation.
The van was left parked in Sitio Kamasi, Biniruan, Poblacion 9 in Cotabato City.
Authorities have yet to identify the people behind the kidnapping incident. (Sunnex)
