ONE person died while four others were injured in a road accident in Marikina City early Saturday.
A radio report said the incident took place on Marcos Highway involving a Delica-type van and a Honda Civic sedan.
The report said the driver of the Civic, initially identified as Mark Obasa, died on the spot.
The four injured passengers were reportedly rushed to the Amang Rodriguez Medical Center.
Initial investigation said that the van was headed for Antipolo City when the Civic, traveling in the opposite direction, suddenly swerved into its path.
