ANG direktor sa kapulisan sa Davao Region mitiro na sa iyang katungdanan kagahapon atol sa gihimong Change of Command and Retirement Ceremony ni Police Chief Superintendent Attorney Pedro Tango didto sa grandstand sa Police Regional Office (PRO) 11.
Si Tango pormal nga miluwat sa iyang buhatan kagahapon atol sa iyang adlaw nga natawhan ug gitunol ang katungdanan ngadto kang Police Chief Superintendent Jaime Morente.
Si Morente maoy mihulip sa pwesto ni Tango isip direktor sa kapulisan mipasalig nga iyang himuon ang iyang katungdanan sa pagpatuman sa kahusay ug kalinaw sa rehiyon.
Iyang ipatuman ang mga programa sa kapulisan nga gihan-ay ni Police Director General Raul Bacalzo kinsa maoy guest of honor ug presiding officer sa change of command and retirement ceremony kagahapon.
"To all personnel of this office, let us reflect upon the vision of our good organization to be capable, effective and credible police service by 2030 working in partnership with their responsive community towards the attainment of peace," ni Morente sa iyang hamubong pakigpulong sa tanang opisyal sa kapulisan sa rehiyon.
Si Morente naghangyo sa tanang kapulisan nga suportahan ang tanang mga plano, programa, aktibidad sa kapulisan ilawom sa liderato ni General Bacalzo.
"I ask for your loyalty, dedication and commitment in performing our respective task. Abraham Lincon once said, a house divided against itself cannot stand," ni Morente kinsa naghangyo sa tanang kapulisan nga maghiusa sila aron maserbisyohan ang publiko.
Ang maong opisyal maningkamot nga mapadayon ang maayong mga binuhatan sa miretiro nga direktor nga si Tango.
Sa pakigpulong ni General Bacalzo, masaligon siya nga mahimong epektibo ang pagdumala ni Morente sa kapulisan sa rehiyon sanglit dinhi nanimuyo ang pamilya sa heneral.
"The challenge of the new police director is to sustain the strong police-community partnership. Even his record and experience in all aspect of police operations, I am confident that we are putting PRO 11 in the hands of a dynamic director because his family is based here in Davao City assuring all facts that his heart and his home are right here. I can't think of no better motivation to do the best job possible," pung ni Bacalzo.
Si Bacalzo nagkanayon nga kinahanglan nga ipakita sa maong opisyal ang maayong programa sa kapulisan ngadto sa katawhan.
"To you, General Morente, goes not only our solid support as you take this new responsibility but also a challenge to show the citizen of region eleven how the PNP's integrated transformation program works for the community. Let the spirit of our service advocacy, behavior and right performance of duty be the basic principle in your day to day operation. You are the new face of region eleven," pahayag ni Bacalzo. (AD)
