La Trinidad subdivision project hangs

A REAL property developer in Baguio City is having problems acquiring clearances and permits for a subdivision it is building in La Trinidad.

The town’s zoning office is shelving the application of Goshen Land Capital Incorporated for the 64-hectare Blue Ridge Mountain Subdivision until the developer has complied with all the requirements.

Last year, the zoning office advised Goshen project director Nicolai Codiase that the company must submit a land conversion clearance from the Department of Agrarian Reform, tree cutting permit from the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, proof of compliance with the 20 percent Socialized Housing Project and the right of way over access road and drainage outfalls.

Codiase said in a statement the requirements for the residential subdivision are being completed.
