#SHORTS: 'Habagat' to bring more rains over Ilocos region; 35 houses razed in Bacolod fire; Will Lito run or not?

WEATHER. Ilocos Region will continue to experience a rainy weather Wednesday due to "hanging habagat" or southwest monsoon affecting the area, the weather bureau said.

FIRE. At least 60 families lost their homes to a fire that razed 35 houses in Purok Lampirong, Barangay 2, Bacolod City, Tuesday afternoon.

POLITICS. Former Cebu Gov. Emilio “Lito” Osmeña said Tuesday he has not yet decided to call off a plan to run for governor of Cebu in 2016, 23 years after his term ended.
