NOTICE how different kinds of sports are firing across the country and Asia in particular? People have their own ways of choosing and involving themselves in all kinds of sport for reasons of levelling up their personal health and fitness or maybe to be in on what are the sports trends now.

Sports is a long time trend in the world and it demands the person of his time , skill, personality, confidence and what the sport is worth to him. Sports in other words is a stepping stone for the holistic development of a person.

Today’s sports innovations however, seems to be needing a wildfire of adrenaline-rushing sport because of added features. Mixed martial arts (MMA) for example combines several martial arts like judo, jujitsu, karate, boxing, muay-thai, taekwondo and other physical combat techniques and a cross-training of grappling and striking that enables fighters to pit in hand-to-hand combat blending in different fighting skills and techniques with a goal of total domination of the opponent.

Pole dancing can be a hobby yet a rigorous training with those twirls up and down and around a pole with limited space can compare to the rings or parallel bars event in the Olympic. Just like parkour, that becomes a hobby jumping across rails or stairs or jumping through urban landscape, being completely equipment free, this intense sport is the racing across, over, around or in any way imagined through obstacles using in all manners of the body’s flexibility and strength.

The sports movements involves running, climbing walls, vaulting over railings, jumping in between obstacles and rolling upon hard impact. Like skate boarding, parkour is unique to each person; it needs critical thinking and self confidence.

Bodybuilding even is not spared by innovations not only building muscles with its “cross fitness training that combines weightlifting, gymnastics, calisthenics and other strength and conditioning exercises. Cross fit training is an innovation for building stamina, power, coordination and strength.”

Sports training in other words is a complicated mixture of personal development that needs a high endurance through physical and mental strength as an absolute must for training. Because persons differ in the way they look at their sport environment, sport must not be a matter of tricks, but of personal techniques, spirit, and control over the body.
