MEGAWORLD'S 15th project and 10th under Suntrust, One Lakeshore drive is indeed one of the fastest selling township developments in Davao City today.
Recently, the Davao sales team was cited by the executives for its wonderful performance in the company. They have generated P786 million, which is 16 percent of the P4.9 billion sales for the One Lakeshore Drive development.
Top sales agents received plaques and cash incentives plus a trip to Manila for a much bigger recognition.
Atty. Harrison M. Paltongan hailed the sales agents for their performance and vowed the company will always be there to support them.

The rise of such development in a city which slowly transforms itself into an urban jungle is surely a fancy to everyone who eyes comfortable and accessible place stay in, especially that it is eco-tourism inspired.
One Lakeshore Drive is the residential component of P15-billion Davao Park District (DPD), Megaworld's 11.2-hectare township project in Lanang, Davao City just neighboring the SM Mall.
The 7.2-hectare will be the four-tower-residential-area, each with 21 floors and three high speed elevators.
Only 35 percent will be occupied by the condominium project. The remaining 65 percent is reserved for open spaces, recreational area, and a one-hectare man-made lake.
Four hectares of it is intended to house offices and business process outsourcing (BPO) facilities.
It will also be dotted with fine dining restaurants, school, medical facilities and the Davao Finance Center, a 16-storey building for offices, making it different from other property developments.
