iStore opens in Cagayan de Oro

iStore, the first Apple Premium Reseller and Apple Authorized Service Provider appointed in the Philippines, has opened a seventh branch with its newest location in Cagayan de Oro. As with iStore’s other outlets, iStore CDO gives customers the full range of products and support that only an APR can provide.

The newest outlet in Cagayan de Oro is the seventh in the country, with other branches in Cebu, Dumaguete, Bacolod, and Ilo-ilo. The iStore in Centrio is the first in the Mindanao region, and is the only Apple Premium Reseller in Cagayan de Oro.

All iStores are designed with the customer in mind. The store interiors and facilities are fully specified and approved by Apple, with imported fixtures and graphic panels.

Demo units are available for the full range of Apple products, from Mac to iPhone, for customers to experience. A wide variety of iOS and Mac-compatible accessories is available, including premium brands such as Incase, Lifeproof, Moshi and Powersupport.

As an APR and AASP, iStore provides exclusive access to genuine Apple parts. Customers enjoy quick, efficient service for sales, inquiries or repairs on products by Apple-trained professionals. iStore help desk and service technicians are all certified by Apple, and receive regular training and assessments. Freight fees are automatically waived for Apple devices under warranty that are purchased in iStore, with items expertly packaged and handled according to stringent quality standards. iStore CDO is currently a drop-off/pickup point for Apple-related repairs, but will soon expand to full repair services.
