Damosa Fairlane’s 1st phase is 95% complete

THE first phase of the Damosa Fairlane, a seven-hectare high-end real property development project of Damosa Land Inc. (DLI), is already 95 percent complete.

During the Christmas lighting at the subdivision's clubhouse last November 16, Alexander G. Gocotano, DLI project development head, said there are 16 upscale housing units now under construction, 14 of them are in phase 1 while two others in phase 2. The entire community will be comprised of a total of 267 units, which are already 60 percent sold.

He said at least seven units are set for turnover to homeowners next month.

"To break it down, the Phase 1 of the subdivision is already 95 percent complete and Phase 2 is 36 percent complete already," he added.

He said the construction of roads, easement, drainage, and amenities like the clubhouse, pool, and basketball court will be completed by March 2014. Then, the perimeter fence will be erected, which will take about four to six months before completion.

DLI vice president and general manager Edgardo O. Villaver said more amenities are now underway to complete the entire hign-end housing project.

"By next year, we will be building 80 to 100 houses and we are also coming up with new projects," Villaver said.

Currently, the construction of the clubhouse is nearly completed, putting in some more finishing touches on its interior. This November 30 will be the blessing of the clubhouse.

DLI is looking into joint ventures with other companies next year. He did not divulge any more details on the matter.

Damosa Fairlane is a P200-million worth project that had its groundbreaking last April 25, 2012.

The company is also planning to put up more housing projects in the city, including more subdivisions, midrise buildings, farm and beach resorts, and even condominiums.
