JOIN the Port Restaurant as it embarks on a journey to some of the islands in Luzon and Visayas with rich culinary traditions in its Ports of Call for 2014. This local tour brings you the most sought-after dishes to satiate your taste buds. It takes you

to vibrant cities the Port will dock in starting this month.

Let’s start the trip to the famous and historical Province of Cebu. Starting this month until February, the Port will serve you Sinulog Sugba (Pork bbq, Chicken, Chorizo, Gizzard, Squid), Hanging Rice (Adobo, and Plain) and Ginataang Mongo (in a Clay Pot).

After letting you experience the goodness of Visayan food, the Port takes you to a culinary journey in Manila from March to April. Savor its Paksiw na Isda, Bicol Express and Buko Pie with bare hands and have loads of fun. Spoil yourself with authentic Boholano food such as Bas-oy (Special Pork Vegetable Soup), Humba nga Nangka at Sinugbang Baboy and Buko Crab Relleno from May to June. Lastly, let’s cap off this year’s Port of Call to the City of Smiles, Bacolod and come back home with ‘all-smiles’ after filling up your stomach with Chicken Inasal, Atchara, La Paz Batchoy and Java Rice from July to August.

Port of Call is an addition to Port’s lunch and dinner buffet. Port offers the best buffet in town with over 20 food varieties featuring all-you-can-eat Oysters for lunch at only P259+ and Lechon for dinner at only P339+. Port Restaurant also has a late night buffet (10 p.m. – 2 a.m) at only P169+ per person.

Experience Sinulog at the Port with an electrifying Sinulog Tribal dance that will welcome you at the restaurant come Jan. 13 up to 19. This week-long presentation starts at 12:30 p.m. for lunch and 7:30 p.m. for dinner. For inquiries and reservations, visit www.port.ph.
