DESPITE the rains, the 11 MassKara Queen 2015 candidates heated up the swimming pool of the Palmas del Mar Conference Resort Hotel in Bacolod City over the weekend as they sashayed in swimwear during the swimsuit competition and Press Presentation.
Wearing a two-piece swimwear and high-heeled shoes, the candidates fashionably walked the ramp beside the pool, displaying poise and confidence before the audience and the judges.
The eleven candidates, according to their pageant number, are Aniara Faduhilao, 18; Sam Georgiana Yu, 20; Ronilyn Baloco, 21; Chin Chin Golez, 19; Ivy Benedicto, 20; Mae Alyn Marzan, 22; Jennifer Agudelo, 23; Mae Lourine Mercado, 18; Rezel Esporas, 21; Janelle Pauline Teo, 21; and Kennyveb Casabuena, 19.
The Negros Press Club, lead by Dolores Epacta, will choose the Darling of the Press, while the Rotary Club of Bacolod-East, lead by Dr. Benjamin Souribio, will choose the Miss MassKara Rotary- Advocacy.
The awardees will be announced by the organizers soon.
Bacolod City Mayor Monico Puentevella also graced the activity.
