CITY OF SAN FERNANDO -- “Ayokong magsalita nang patapos. But 2016, it's not yet my time.”
So said presidential sister and Queen Of All Media Kris Aquino during a live telecast of the talk show “Aquino and Abunda Tonight.”
Aquino said that she will not run for any position in the coming 2016 elections and that she will not be the running mate of Department of Interior and Local Government Secretary Mar Roxas.
"It has never been discussed, no truth. Huwag silang gumawa ng intriga, kasi hindi talaga totoo. No plans have been discussed and is not on the table,” Aquino said during program.
She added that the Filipinos “are not yet ready for her.” She however, expressed her willingness to run for public office in the future.
"Let's talk about 2019," she said.
Aquino also said that she wants to start from a lower-level position if she will enter politics.
