POLICE in Buguias town, Benguet, arrested a man after he tried to sell shabu to a police officer posing as a buyer.
Arrested on September 27 was Marvelon Tangec Ludaes, 28. Police said they
confiscated sachets containing suspected shabu and cash amounting to P10,000 from Ludaes.
The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) said there are 266 drug personalities operating in Cordillera as of July, and 126 barangays are classified as drug-affected.
The PDEA said the shabu comes from Metro Manila and Regions 1, 2 and 3.
