ExeCom for 105th Baguio Day created

NUMEROUS private and government-led activities will be expected in the coming days for the celebration of the city of pines’ 105th Charter Day Anniversary on September 1.

Thus, Mayor Mauricio Domogan through his Administrative Order No. 068 created an executive committee to oversee and ensure the successful conduct of the prepared activities in line with the city’s upcoming Charter Day anniversary.

The city mayor will chair the 105th Baguio Charter Day celebration Executive Committee with the Sangguniang Panlungsod Committee on Tourism chairman and the city administrator as co-chair.

Members of the said committee includes the city accountant, city budget officer, city treasurer, city engineer, city building official, city general services officer, division of city schools superintendent, Baguio City National High School principal, Pines City National High School principal, Executive Assistant V, Public Employment Services Office manager, lone district of Baguio City representative, ABC president, chairman of Baguio Tourism Council, city environment and parks management officer, city health officer, city sports development officer, BCPO city director, city supervising tourism operations officer, city public information officer, Atty. Cating and Glenn Gearlan.

The city mayor’s and city administrator’s staff will be the secretariat.

The committee will plan various activities to be conducted during the Baguio Day celebration and oversee their proper implementation, find ways and means by which all activities are appropriately supported and prepare the appropriate policies, guidelines and measures to ensure the successful conduct of the programs and activities lined up for the said celebration.
