ON THE PGA Tour. I have good news. Tiger Woods is playing this week at the Quicken Loans National which starts on June 26, 2014. He is finally playing again, after undergoing surgery three months ago. Finally! I get to see some tiger action. “Roarrrr!!!” Or is it “Meowww” for now. Hehe.

More News on the PGA Tour. The Ryder Cup is scheduled on September 23-28, 2014 in Scotland. Way too far and way too expensive to watch in person. However, next year, the President’s Cup is going to be held at the Jack Nicklaus Golf Club in Songdo, Incheon, Korea. And it is going to be on October 6 – 11, 2015. Korea is much closer than Scotland. So, for those who wish to watch it LIVE, you may book now.

The players for the teams are chosen based on their rankings. Top 9 players. Tiger is not on the list in the US Team, obviously, since he has not been winning. But, the captain gets to pick 3 additional players.

Paul McGinley is the team captain of the European Team while Tom Watson is the team captain of the US Team. I am praying that Captain Tom Watson picks Tiger to join the team. 101 percent of the golfing fans are expecting him to do that…Agree?

For those who are not familiar with these tournaments, FYI, the Ryder Cup is a competition between team USA and team Europe, while the President’s Cup is a competition between team USA and the International team excluding Europe.
