Man steals own sister’s vehicle

POLICE recovered a vehicle owned by a University of San Carlos faculty member, and which had been reportedly carnapped by her own brother inside the school premises.

Maria Marjorie Ranili Purino of Maryville Subdivision in Talamban and a faculty member of the University of San Carlos-Talamban Campus reported the matter to police after she found out that her Isuzu Crosswind was missing last Monday.

Purino told the police she was already suspecting her brother to be the carnapper because they are not on good terms.

She said she didn’t like her brother because of his vices.

“Pagbantay unya kay mawala ra na imong sakyanan puhon (Watch out. You will lose your car),” Purino quoted her brother.
