Capitol scholars sign agreement with Negros Occidental governor
NEGROS. The board of directors and officers of the Philippine Sugar Technologists Association Inc. (Philsutech) led by their president Jose Maria Valmayor and overall convention chairman Engineer Noli Segovia met with Negros Occidental Governor Eugenio Jose Lacson at the Provincial Capitol in Bacolod City Wednesday, August 10, 2022.
