GIPIRMAHAN ni Davao City Mayor Rodrigo R. Duterte ang executive order nga nagmugna sa City Transport and Traffic Management Board (CTTMB) ug Interim City Transport and Traffic Management Office (CTTMO), nga maoy modumala sa sitwasiyon sa transportasyon ug trapiko sa siyudad sa Davao.
Ang Executive Order No. 30, gipirmahan ni Duterte niadtong Hunyo 30, nagkanayon nga ang Ordinance No. 0334-12 o "An ordinance for the comprehensive transport and traffic code of Davao City" naghatag og higayon nga makamugna og CTTMB kon diin ang iyang nag-unang gimbuhaton mao ang paghatag og tambag ug policy directions ngadto sa CTTMO.
"With the growing population, increasing number of vehicles and the fast development currently experienced by the City of Davao, the need to create the CTTMO cannot be understand in order to have a specific office or department which will comprehensively manage the transport and traffic situation all over the city," sumala sa EO.
Matud sab ni Duterte nga ang Interim CTTMO responsable sa pag-"maintain and transfer the operation performed by offices with functions relating to transportation and traffic" tungod kay duna pay aprobahan nga plantilla positions ug budget alang sa operating expenses sa CTTMO.
Ang CTTMB langkuban sa city mayor isip tsirman ug ang department of the Interim CTTMO isip vice chair.
Ang pangulo sa Traffic Management Center (TMC) mao sab ang hepe sa Interim CTTMO.
Ang CTTMB, sa pikas bahin, gitahasan sa pagmugan og polisiya, review, magrekomenda ug mag-aproba sa transport and traffic management plans ug mga programa.
